Job summary

Qualifications

• 5–7 years of recruitment experience, preferably in construction or engineering.
• Good knowledge of the KSA labor market and recruitment practices.
• Strong sourcing, communication, and coordination skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end recruitment for construction projects and corporate functions.
• Screen CVs, conduct interviews, negotiate salaries and extend offers.
• Coordinate with project teams to meet manpower requirements and mobilization deadlines.
