A leading recruitment platform in Saudi Arabia is seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist focused on construction hiring. This role entails proactive sourcing, structured screening, and maintaining a strong candidate experience. The ideal candidate will have a bachelor's degree, a minimum of 5 years of recruitment experience, and strong sourcing capabilities. Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of recruitment experience, with construction/engineering hiring exposure preferred.
• Fluency in English required; Arabic preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support end-to-end recruitment for construction roles.
• Build and maintain talent pipelines using various sourcing channels.
• Screen CVs and conduct initial interviews.
• Coordinate interviews and feedback collection.
• Maintain ATS and track hiring stages.
• Support offer documentation and onboarding handover.
• Ensure communication SLAs and protect confidentiality.
