Job summary

SATCO is seeking an experienced Recruitment Specialist to lead end-to-end recruitment for construction projects and corporate functions, ensuring timely mobilization and high-quality hires. You will source engineers, project managers, supervisors, technicians and skilled workers, manage CV screening, interviews, salary negotiations and offers, and coordinate with project teams.

Qualifications

• 5–7 years of recruitment experience, preferably in construction or engineering.
• Good knowledge of the KSA labor market and recruitment practices.
• Strong sourcing, communication, and coordination skills.

Responsibilities
