Client of Taj HR in Riyadh is seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition specialist to lead full-cycle recruitment for engineering and senior management roles.

You will source proactively via LinkedIn Recruiter, headhunting, and databases, conduct screenings, negotiate offers, and drive KPI reporting.

This role demands strong communication, benchmarked by time-to-fill and pipeline metrics, and may involve bulk recruitment events.

Qualifications

• 2–5+ years in Talent Acquisition or Recruitment.
• Experience recruiting for Industrial, Manufacturing, EPC, Construction, or outsourcing environments.
• Proven track record recruiting engineering/technical and corporate/senior management roles.

Responsabilités

• Manage full-cycle recruitment for engineering technical and senior management positions.
• Drive proactive sourcing using LinkedIn Recruiter, headhunting, and databases.
• Conduct screening and preliminary assessments and negotiate offers within budget.
• Prepare and monitor recruitment reports and KPIs (Time-to-Fill, Offer Acceptance, Pipeline Status).
• Handle bulk volume recruitment drives and recruitment events as needed.
