The role includes responsibilities in recruitment, onboarding, contracts, and employee relations, with emphasis on Saudi labor laws, benefits administration, and data confidentiality. A Bachelor's degree in HR and at least 3 years of relevant experience are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR or related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of HR experience.
• Hands-on payroll, government platforms, recruitment, and medical insurance knowledge.
• Strong knowledge of Saudi labor laws and HR regulations.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HR systems.

Responsibilities

• Manage and review monthly payroll processes, ensuring accurate salary, allowances, deductions, and entitlements.
• Prepare and submit payroll files and monitor WPS compliance.
• Monitor attendance, leaves, allowances, and monthly payroll adjustments.
• Handle employee contracts and government-related HR transactions.
• Coordinate with government authorities and external service providers for required transactions.
• Lead recruitment from manpower requests to onboarding.
• Post vacancies, screen CVs, and coordinate interviews.
