Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of HR experience.
• Hands-on experience in payroll, government platforms, recruitment, and insurance.

Responsibilities

• Manage and review monthly payroll processes and entitlements.
• Submit payroll files and ensure WPS compliance.
• Oversee attendance, leaves, allowances, and payroll adjustments.
• Maintain employee information across government platforms.
• Handle contracts and government HR transactions.
• Handle Iqama, visa renewals, and transfers.
• Coordinate with authorities and service providers for transactions.
• Lead recruitment from manpower requests to onboarding.
• Post vacancies, screen CVs, interview candidates, issue offers.
• Onboard new hires and complete pre-employment requirements.
• Respond to employee inquiries and HR-related matters.
• Manage leaves, resignations, terminations, warnings, disciplinary actions.
• Ensure compliance with HR policies and Saudi labor laws.
• Manage medical insurance for employees/dependents and renewals.
