Job summary

Waad Education is seeking an HR Operations professional in Jeddah to manage payroll, contracts, and lifecycle processes. You will coordinate payroll inputs, ensure data accuracy, and handle EOSB calculations and offboarding activities.

The role requires hands-on experience with Saudi government platforms (Qiwa, Mudad, GOSI, Muqeem), strong Excel skills, and solid knowledge of Saudi Labor Law. Fluency in Arabic and English is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, business administration or related field.
• 3–5 years of HR operations experience.
• Strong payroll, EOS calculations, and employee lifecycle experience.
• Hands-on experience with Saudi government platforms (Qiwa, Mudad, GOSI, Muqeem).
• Good knowledge of Saudi Labor Law.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and review monthly payroll inputs and adjustments.
• Coordinate payroll processing and ensure data accuracy.
• Handle EOSB calculations and final settlements.
• Manage employee onboarding, offboarding, contracts, renewals and documentation.
• Maintain employee data in HR systems and government platforms.
• Prepare payroll/WPS reports and coordinate with Finance.
• Monitor contract expiries, probation periods and residency/work permit expirations.
