Job summary

Waad Education is seeking an HR professional to manage monthly payroll, ensure WPS compliance, and oversee employee data across government platforms in Jeddah. You will coordinate employment contracts, visas, and onboarding processes while maintaining strict confidentiality and regulatory compliance.

The role covers recruitment from posting vacancies to interviewing, plus handling employee inquiries and HR-related matters with a focus on accuracy and payroll integrity.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, business administration, or related field.
• Minimum of 3 years HR experience with payroll, government platforms, recruitment and insurance.
• Strong knowledge of Saudi labor laws and HR regulations.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HR systems.

Responsibilities

• Manage monthly payroll processing ensuring accurate salary, allowances, deductions, and entitlements.
• Prepare payroll files and ensure Wage Protection System (WPS) compliance.
• Oversee attendance, leaves, allowances, and monthly payroll adjustments.
• Update employee data across government platforms and manage contracts.
• Handle Iqama, visa, renewals, transfers, and government requirements.
• Coordinate with authorities and providers to complete required transactions.
• Manage recruitment from manpower requests to onboarding, postings, and interviews.
• Prepare job offers and complete pre-employment onboarding requirements.
• Address employee inquiries, requests, complaints, and HR matters.
• Administer leaves, resignations, terminations, warnings, and discipline.
• Ensure compliance with HR policies and Saudi labor regulations.
• Oversee medical insurance for employees and dependents; update policy participants.
• Coordinate with insurers to resolve claims and renew coverages.
