Job summary

United Partnership Company in Saudi Arabia is seeking an active and creative Human Resources Specialist to join our HR team, supporting daily operations and employee needs in line with company policies.

The role involves talent acquisition, contract preparation, records management, payroll support, and ensuring compliance with Saudi labor laws. We value confidentiality, organization, and a proactive attitude to help employees and managers succeed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field.
• Good knowledge of the Saudi labor law and HR policies.
• High organizational skills and the ability to handle information confidentiality.

Responsibilities

• Participate in talent acquisition processes, screening, and conducting initial interviews for candidates.
• Prepare and update employment contracts, and follow up on recruitment and onboarding procedures for new hires.
• Manage employees’ files and records, and update them regularly (leave, attendance and departure, and performance evaluations).
• Prepare monthly payroll runs and follow up on labor complaints or inquiries, providing appropriate solutions in accordance with the Saudi labor law.
