Job summary

SAUDI ARABIAN RESOURCES COMPANY is seeking a Payroll Validation and HR Operations Supervisor to ensure accurate payroll processing, timely visa and wage protection compliance, and seamless employee lifecycle management.

You will maintain HRIS data integrity, supervise HR coordinators, and support audits. Strong knowledge of Saudi government platforms and Excel-based reporting is essential, with fluency in English and Arabic.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Six years of HR operations experience with supervisory exposure.
• Expertise in Saudi government platforms including Qiwa, Mudad, Muqeem, and GOSI.
• Knowledge of Saudi Labor Law and Wage Protection System requirements.
• Experience managing payroll inputs for shift-based industrial workforces.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel and experience with major HRIS platforms.
• Fluency in English and Arabic for effective communication with authorities and staff.
• Strong confidentiality and data security practices.

Responsibilities

• Validate monthly attendance, overtime, and shift differential data for payroll accuracy.
• Manage interactions with MHRSD platforms to ensure visa and wage protection compliance.
• Oversee end-to-end onboarding and offboarding including medical checks and iqama issuance.
• Maintain accurate employee master data in the HRIS for reliable reporting and audits.
• Supervise HR coordinators: assign tasks, monitor performance, train on regulatory updates.
• Provide documented evidence of HR transactions and compliance during audits.
• Identify inefficiencies in HR workflows and implement standardized procedures to reduce processing time.
• Coordinate with Finance and HSE to align payroll inputs with cost centers and safety requirements.
