Job summary

A leading company in Saudi Arabia is seeking a reliable HR and Admin Assistant to support HR operations. The ideal candidate will manage HR portals, assist with employee onboarding and offboarding, and maintain accurate employee records. Candidates should have a Bachelor’s degree, 2-5 years of relevant experience, and a strong understanding of Saudi HR processes. This role values attention to detail and confidentiality.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 2-5 years of experience in HR or admin roles.
  • Strong working knowledge of Saudi HR portals (Qiwa, Mudad, GOSI, Muqeem).
  • Ability to work independently and handle confidential information.

Responsibilities

  • Manage all Saudi HR portals such as Qiwa, Mudad, GOSI, Muqeem and Labour Office systems.
  • Handle employee onboarding and offboarding.
  • Prepare and maintain employee files and documents.
  • Support visa processing, contract preparation and renewals.
  • Update employee data and ensure accuracy in all systems.
  • Manage attendance, leaves and daily HR transactions.
  • Assist with general administration tasks and office coordination.
  • Coordinate with internal teams and external government offices when required.
