Job summary

Culligan Middle East is seeking a motivated Sales Executive to grow our Food Service business in Saudi Arabia. You will identify opportunities, win new customers, and tailor water-treatment solutions while collaborating with technical and service teams.

The role requires strong sales instincts, fluency in English and Arabic, and a valid KSA driving license. This position offers training, growth, and exposure to a global leader in water solutions.

Qualifications

• Strong interest in sales, business development, and customer relationship management.
• Previous sales or customer-facing experience.
• Experience in Food Service, Hospitality, Water Treatment, Beverage Solutions is an advantage.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• English and Arabic language proficiency.
• Valid KSA driving license.

Responsibilities

• Develop new business opportunities across the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
• Identify and acquire new customers within the Food Service and HORECA sectors.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, consultants, and business partners.
• Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable water treatment and filtration solutions.
• Conduct customer meetings, site visits, product demonstrations, and presentations.
• Prepare customized proposals and commercial offers that address customer needs.
• Manage opportunities from prospecting through proposal, negotiation, and successful closure.
• Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to revenue growth objectives.
• Develop and maintain a healthy sales pipeline and accurate CRM records.
• Work closely with technical, service, and operations teams to ensure an outstanding customer experience.
