Job summary

UR SUPPORT is seeking a Food Service Sales Supervisor in Al-Medina, Saudi Arabia. The role focuses on growing the Food Service channel, building strong distributor relationships, and expanding the customer portfolio across HORECA, Wholesale, and Bakery segments.

You will lead new product launches and drive volume, revenue, and profitability targets. The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's degree and proven sales experience in Food & Beverage or Dairy, with a solid HORECA network.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree is required.
• Experience in Food & Beverage or Dairy sales.
• Strong network in Food Service/HORECA.
• Excellent negotiation and relationship management.
• Fluent in Arabic and English.
• Valid driver's license and own vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Lead Food Service sales across Central Saudi Arabia.
• Build and strengthen relationships with distributors and their customer base.
• Expand the customer portfolio and increase product penetration.
• Drive sales across HORECA, Wholesale, and Bakery channels through your own network and the distributor sales team.
• Develop key accounts and negotiate long-term contracts.
• Lead new product launches in collaboration with the distributor sales team.
• Execute sales plans, incentives, and NPD initiatives to achieve targets.
• Monitor sales performance, provide forecasts, and present updates to senior management.
• Acquire new customers across all Food Service channels.
• Conduct regular customer visits and provide weekly sales activity reports.
• Coordinate product demonstrations with the culinary team.
• Manage trade spending while maintaining budget compliance.

• Lead Food Service sales across Central Saudi Arabia.
