As a Project Account Manager (PAM), you will be responsible for visiting large construction jobsites and acting as the lead solution consultant for all project-specific matters. This role involves providing end-to-end business support and building strong relationships with customers to offer innovative and cost-efficient solutions.

What does the role involve?
  • Managing Construction Jobsites : Oversee large construction projects from inception to completion, ensuring all project-specific needs are met.
  • Consultative Selling : Demonstrate Hilti's pioneering products, software, and services, and explain their value propositions.
  • Customer Relationship Management : Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships by understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.

What you need is :

Educational Background
  • Bachelor's Degree : Preferably in Engineering.
Experience
  • Relevant Work Experience : At least 3-5 years of experience in sales, project management, or a related field, ideally within the construction or industrial sectors.
  • Industry Knowledge : Familiarity with the construction industry, particularly in large project sector, is highly advantageous.
