The role as Sales Engineer

As a Sales Engineer, you will be responsible for driving technical sales by providing expert guidance on our products and solutions. You will work closely with the sales team to develop tailored solutions that meet customer needs, conduct technical presentations, and ensure a seamless connection between customer requirements and product capabilities. Additionally, you will manage customer relationships with our existing customers and distribution partners, provide product training, and contribute to the continuous improvement of our offerings.

Your profile

You have a strong background in technical sales and/or fastener distribution. You understand how to translate complex technical solutions into clear customer benefits. You have experience in developing and maintaining long‑term relationships with customers in industrial, engineering sectors or fastener distribution.

You are structured and result‑oriented, with excellent communication skills and the ability to explain technical concepts clearly. You thrive in a fast‑paced environment, take the initiative, and enjoy solving technical challenges with a commercial mindset.

Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Business, or a related field
  • Proven experience in a Sales Engineer role or a similar technical sales position
  • Strong technical background with the ability to understand and explain complex solutions
  • Experience in customer relationship management and business development
  • Fluent English, both spoken and written
