Overview

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Safety Manager to join our team in Rabigh. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of safety regulations and practices, with a proven ability to implement and monitor effective safety systems in the workplace.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and enforce safety policies and procedures to ensure a safe working environment.
  • Conduct routine safety inspections, audits, and risk assessments to identify hazards and ensure compliance.
  • Lead investigations of accidents/incidents and ensure root causes are identified and addressed.
  • Organize and deliver safety training programs and toolbox talks for employees and contractors.
  • Maintain up-to-date records of incidents, inspections, training, and safety documentation.
  • Ensure compliance with Saudi labor laws and safety regulations.
  • Coordinate emergency response plans and safety drills.
  • Collaborate with project managers, supervisors, and site personnel to promote a culture of safety.
Qualifications
  • Saudi Nationality (Required)
  • OSHA Certification (Mandatory)
  • Bachelor's degree in occupational health & safety, Engineering, Environmental Science, or related field.
  • At least 5 years of experience in safety roles, preferably in industrial, construction, or oil & gas environments.
  • Familiar with Saudi Aramco safety standards (preferred).
  • Additional certifications such as NEBOSH or IOSH are an advantage.
  • Strong communication and leadership skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and safety reporting tools.
