Qualifications

• Experience as Recruitment Officer or Talent Acquisition specialist.
• Strong understanding of recruitment lifecycle and best practices.
• Excellent communication and organisational abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience with ATS and recruitment software.
• English proficiency in writing and speaking.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment process from job ads to onboarding.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to define role requirements.
• Source candidates via job boards, networks, and social media.
• Conduct initial telephone and face-to-face interviews.
• Coordinate interview scheduling with the team.
• Maintain accurate candidate records in information systems.
• Develop a strong candidate pipeline for current and future roles.
• Contribute to improving recruitment strategies and processes.
