Job summary

Confidential Government in Riyadh is seeking a skilled Talent Acquisition Specialist to lead end-to-end recruitment for specialized roles, from CV screening to interview coordination, ensuring timely decisions and high-quality hires.

The role requires 4+ years in talent acquisition, proficiency with ATS and Excel, and strong Arabic and English communication. You will build talent pools, partner with hiring managers, and deliver regular recruitment analytics to improve processes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 4 years of experience in talent acquisition and recruitment.
• Proven experience in direct sourcing and recruiting for specialized and hard-to-fill positions.
• Experience in managing candidate databases and applicant tracking systems.
• Experience in preparing recruitment reports and performance metrics.
• Good knowledge of government regulations and procedures related to recruitment and human resources.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, with strong reporting and data analysis skills.
• Proficiency in Arabic and English.

Responsibilities

• Deliver end-to-end recruitment for specialized and niche positions.
• Attract national talent through targeted sourcing and proactive recruitment strategies.
• Develop and maintain talent pools to support current and future workforce needs.
• Evaluate candidates through CV screening and initial interviews.
• Partner with hiring managers and stakeholders to accelerate recruitment decisions.
• Track vacancy progress and candidate pipelines to improve recruitment visibility.
• Produce monthly recruitment reports and enhance dashboards and metrics.
• Ensure recruitment activities comply with government regulations and policies.
• Resolve recruitment challenges and implement solutions to minimize delays.
