Roland Berger Middle East is seeking a proactive Talent Acquisition Specialist for our Riyadh office. You will manage the full recruitment lifecycle across consulting and management functions, driving sourcing strategies, market mapping, and candidate engagement across Saudi Arabia and the Middle East.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, business, psychology or related field.
• 3+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition or recruitment.
• Experience end-to-end recruitment across multiple functions and seniority levels.
• Experience sourcing via LinkedIn Recruiter, talent databases and direct search.
• Experience in consulting, professional services or fast-paced environments preferred.
• Campus recruitment and graduate hiring exposure is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Manage full recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to onboarding.
• Partner with leaders to understand current/future hiring needs across consulting and management functions.
• Develop and execute sourcing strategies via LinkedIn, networks, referrals, and direct outreach.
• Conduct market mapping and talent research to maintain a strong candidate pipeline.
• Screen and assess candidates for qualifications, experience and culture fit.
• Coordinate interview processes and ensure a positive candidate experience.
• Support offer prep, compensation discussions, approvals, and rollouts.
• Build relationships with passive candidates for future opportunities.
• Drive Saudization hiring initiatives and attract Saudi talent.
• Partner with universities and associations for campus recruitment and branding.
• Manage recruitment activities through ATS and ensure data accuracy.
• Prepare reports, analytics, and market insights for leadership.
• Leverage AI-enabled tools and data insights to improve sourcing.
