Job summary

Riyadh Air is seeking a talented recruiter to attract top talent across our growing organization. You will manage recruitment campaigns, screen applicants, coordinate assessments, and partner with hiring managers to profile vacancies and define selection criteria.

You will also develop talent pipelines, support assessment center activities, and deliver HR data insights to improve hiring decisions, ensuring a smooth, scalable recruitment process for a fast-paced aerospace environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree qualified or equivalent, experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, or HR.
• Experience coordinating recruitment campaigns, screening candidates, and maintaining HR data.

Responsibilities

• Deliver talent acquisition activity across the people function.
• Profile vacancies, define candidate specifications, and develop recruitment briefs.
• Screen applications, conduct initial interviews, and assess against criteria.
• Support assessment center preparation, assessor support, and talent pipelines.
• Maintain candidate databases and provide HR data analysis and reporting.
