Qualifications

• 5-8 years experience in the training field related to soft skills.
• Experience in luxury retail for high-end watches and jewelry.
• Experience using Training Needs Analysis.

Responsibilities

• Plan and deliver training programs aligned with HR strategy.
• Assist HRD in achieving departmental goals.
• Develop metrics to measure training effectiveness.
• Conduct orientation and on-the-job training for new hires.
• Ensure compliance with organizational policies.
