What This Role Is About

As a Regional Sales Manager, you will be responsible for leading and managing a large field sales organization to deliver sales targets, market coverage, and execution excellence across your assigned region. Working closely with senior commercial leadership, distributor partners, and trade marketing teams, this role plays a critical part in translating national sales strategies into effective regional execution.

You will lead Sales Supervisors and Merchandisers, developing coverage models, strengthening capabilities, and driving engagement to build a high-performing field force.

The role also focuses on ensuring optimal product availability, effective route-to-market execution, and strong distributor collaboration to maximize commercial impact.

In addition to people leadership, the position requires strong analytical capability, including sales performance tracking, forecasting, ROI assessment on commercial investments, and market benchmarking.

You will act as a key conduit between the field and head office, ensuring that market insights, competitive intelligence, and execution feedback inform broader commercial strategies.

This is a hands‑on leadership role that requires strong stakeholder management, disciplined execution, and the ability to lead teams across diverse geographies.
