Overview
We are seeking a highly organized and communication-driven Recruitment Officer to support and execute recruitment functions across local and international markets. The successful candidate must be a Saudi with strong English communication capability, both written and verbal. This role requires someone who understands talent sourcing processes, overseas hiring procedures, and recruitment compliance in line with Saudi labor regulations for the private sector.
Key Responsibilities
Recruitment & Hiring Operations
- Manage full-cycle recruitment including sourcing, screening, interviewing, offering, and hiring.
- Coordinate overseas recruitment activities, agency communication, visa documentation, and candidate processing.
- Execute local hiring procedures in accordance with Saudi labor law and GOSI requirements.
- Request, post, track, and update job advertisements across platforms and maintain CV pipelines.
- Prepare pre-employment documents, handle job offers, contract preparation, and onboarding paperwork.
- Maintain hiring schedules and ensure candidates are processed within targeted timelines.
Compliance & HR Governance
- Ensure recruitment procedures adhere to Saudi Ministry of Human Resources & Social Development policies.
- Maintain employee files, contracts, and documentation in compliance with private-sector HR regulations.
- Monitor Saudization requirements (Nitaqat), and ensure alignment with hiring goals for current company manpower plan.
Training & Development Support
- Assist in planning, processing, and monitoring employee training requests and development plans.
- Coordinate vendor communication, training attendance, completion documentation, and evaluation results.
- Maintain detailed training logs and monthly development reports.
Reporting & Data Management
- Maintain structured recruitment and training dashboards using Excel and Microsoft Office applications.
- Prepare periodic recruitment progress updates, visa-process status reports, and onboarding summaries.
- Ensure systematic filing, confidentiality, and accurate HR database entry.
Candidate Requirements
- Saudi
- Strong English communication skills (spoken + written) — Required
- 1 year of experience in recruitment (local & overseas preferred).
- Knowledge of Saudi recruitment regulations, private-sector labor law, and Nitaqat considerations.
- Experience supporting training functions and employee development programs.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel (reports, tracking sheets, documentation).
- Ability to manage multiple vacancies and work under time-sensitive hiring cycles.
- Professional, proactive, organized, cooperative, and detail-focused work ethic.
