A leading hotel chain in Saudi Arabia is seeking a Receptionist to be the welcoming face of the hotel. You will greet guests, handle check-in/check-out, and ensure exceptional guest experiences. Ideal candidates will possess excellent communication skills and a passion for hospitality. Training will be provided. This role may require flexible shifts including evenings and weekends.

As a Receptionist at Crowne Plaza Riyadh RDC Hotel & Convention Center, part of the IHG Hotels & Resorts family, you’ll be the welcoming face of our hotel and the first point of contact for our guests. Whether it’s checking in a business traveller after a long flight, helping a family get settled for their holiday, or offering a warm goodbye – you’ll make each moment matter. Key responsibilities
  • Greet guests with warmth, professionalism, and genuine hospitality.
  • Handle check-in and check-out procedures efficiently, using our property management system.
  • Provide guests with accurate information about the hotel, local area, and services.
  • Respond promptly to guest inquiries, requests, and complaints – resolving issues with empathy and a can-do attitude.
  • Maintain accurate guest records and process payments securely.
  • Coordinate with housekeeping and other departments to ensure smooth guest experiences.
  • Uphold IHG brand standards and local operating procedures at all times.
  • Promote IHG Rewards and other hotel services to enhance the guest experience.
What we need from you
  • Previous experience in a front office, customer service, or hospitality role is a plus – but not essential.
  • A positive, proactive attitude and excellent communication skills.
  • Confident using computers and hotel systems (training will be provided).
  • Ability to stay calm under pressure and handle busy periods with grace.
  • Flexibility to work shifts including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
  • A passion for hospitality and creating memorable guest moments.
