Responsibilities
  • Develop, implement, and maintain quality assurance protocols and procedures to ensure compliance with industry standards and company policies.
  • Conduct regular inspections and audits of products, processes, and services to identify areas for improvement and ensure adherence to quality benchmarks.
  • Analyze data and prepare detailed reports on quality performance, trends, and corrective actions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address quality issues and implement effective solutions.
  • Facilitate training sessions for staff on quality standards, best practices, and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Monitor and evaluate supplier performance to ensure compliance with quality requirements.
  • Investigate customer complaints and non-conformities, recommending and implementing corrective and preventive actions.
  • Support the development and review of documentation related to quality management systems.
  • Assist in the preparation for external audits and certifications.
  • Stay updated on industry regulations, standards, and best practices to ensure ongoing compliance and improvement.
