Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience with Excel.
• 5+ years in retail, operations, product or program management, or business management/consulting.
• Experience with financial analysis and P&L ownership.
• Managing large data sets and utilizing them for performance improvements.
• Experience in vendor negotiations and pricing.

Responsibilities

• Support Category leader to drive strategic initiatives.
• Work with Retail Category Leaders on optimum selection mix.
• Identify automation opportunities to improve key input metrics.
• Own P&L for profitability and drive projects with stakeholders.
• Define and refine selection assortment to optimize space utilization.
• Collaborate with retail teams for content quality.
