Leverage your experience and join the dynamic team in the Projects Performance & Development Managerr role with a holding group with diversified investments in manufacturing, tourism, and real estate, based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.

The Projects Performance & Development Managerwill supervise the monitoring of the performance of investments and development projects, analyze financial and technical reports, and ensure that departments comply with investment plans and policies to support decision‑making, enhance performance efficiency, and achieve the company’s objectives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Monitor implementation of investment plans, follow progress and deviations, and submit periodic reports to senior management.
  • Review investment opportunity studies and analyses, and prepare executive summaries.
  • Monitor feasibility study reports in coordination with financial and technical entities.
  • Follow up on performance of existing investment portfolios, assess risks, and submit recommendations.
  • Support exit or restructuring operations through required analyses and data.
  • Monitor all project stages from initial studies to operational phase, ensuring adherence to timelines, quality, and cost.
  • Coordinate with consulting firms and relevant entities (design, engineering, operations, financing, legal).
  • Review project‑related contracts and documents in coordination with the legal department and provide feedback.
  • Prepare periodic reports on completion rates and performance indicators.
  • Monitor partnerships with investors, banks, and developers, and ensure compliance with agreements.
  • Support negotiations by providing required data and analyses.
  • Represent the company in investment meetings and events when required.
  • Prepare comprehensive reports on the performance of investments and projects.
  • Contribute to preparing long‑term budgets and investment plans.
  • Propose controls and procedures to enhance risk management.
  • Monitor compliance of departments and projects with approved policies and regulations.
  • Manage the work of the monitoring and development team, assign tasks, and monitor performance.
  • Enhance team capability through ongoing training and guidance.
  • Promote a culture of institutional work and support achievement of department objectives.
Knowledge, Skills, and Experience
  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Investment, Economics, or Business Administration (Master is preferred).
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in project management/ investment or real estate development within real estate, investment, or operational companies.
  • Knowledge of financial evaluation, investment models, and feasibility studies.
  • Ability to analyze financial and technical data and prepare reports to support decision‑making.
  • Experience in contract review and coordination with the legal department.
  • Experience in dealing with consulting firms (financial, engineering, operational).
  • Proven experience in project monitoring and preparing progress and performance indicator reports.
  • Fluency in Arabic and English (spoken and written).
