Urgent Hiring: PROJECT MANAGER – Joinery / Wood Factory

Location: Riyadh, Saudi Arabia

Job Type: Full-Time

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager with a strong background in joinery/woodworks to lead and manage project execution from planning to handover across various sites in Saudi Arabia.

Responsibilities

• Managing full project lifecycle: planning, scheduling, coordination, execution, and handover
• Leading site operations and ensuring proper installation of joinery/wood items as per approved drawings and specifications
• Coordinating between clients, consultants, contractors, design teams, technical teams, and factory production
• Reviewing drawings, material submittals, and project requirements before execution
• Monitoring project progress, identifying risks, and implementing corrective actions
• Preparing project reports, progress updates, and weekly/monthly status summaries
• Managing project timelines, resources, manpower allocation, and site logistics
• Ensuring quality control, safety compliance, and adherence to project specifications
• Resolving site issues, design discrepancies, and technical challenges in coordination with the technical team
• Ensuring timely delivery of materials and joinery items from the factory to project sites
• Overseeing subcontractors and site engineers to ensure proper execution and finishing standards

Qualifications

• Minimum 8-10 years of proven experience in joinery/woodworks project management (factory + site experience preferred)
• Strong knowledge of joinery/wood materials, fabrication processes, finishes, and installation methods
• Ability to read, interpret, and verify technical drawings, BOQs, schedules, and specifications
• Excellent project planning skills, including resource allocation, scheduling, and progress tracking
• Strong leadership and team-management abilities (site teams, subcontractors, designers, production, QC)
• Excellent communication skills (English required; Arabic is a plus)
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making capabilities under pressure
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously across different locations
• Willingness to travel to project sites across Saudi Arabia as required

Preferred / Additional Qualifications

• Degree or diploma in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Interior Design, or related field
• Experience with large commercial, hospitality, or high-end residential joinery/fit-out projects
• Familiarity with joinery factory workflows, materials procurement, and installation sequencing
• Knowledge of Saudi/Gulf standards, codes, and industry practices
• Experience in preparing project schedules, progress reports, and client presentations
• Knowledge of project management tools (MS Project, Primavera, or similar)
