Our mechanical Engineering Team uses cutting-edge technology to design gas and steam turbines, compressors and expanders.

As a Project Manager you will be responsible for:
  • Leading end-to-end project management for rotating equipment projects, from contract award through commissioning, startup, and final project closeout.
  • Collaborating closely with cross‑functional teams including engineering, procurement, and manufacturing to ensure alignment and project success.
  • Defining project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with clients and stakeholders.
  • Developing and managing detailed project plans, schedules, budgets, and resource allocations to meet key milestones.
  • Identifying potential risks and proactively implementing mitigation strategies.
  • Ensuring strict compliance with Baker Hughes standards, safety protocols, and quality requirements.
  • Providing regular status updates and maintaining comprehensive project documentation for all stakeholders.
  • Fostering strong client relationships through transparent communication, regular meetings, and performance reviews to ensure satisfaction and successful project delivery.
  • Supporting the localization and increasing local contents for local commodity, working hand‑on‑hand with Sourcing Organization in order to enhance IKTVA score.
To be successful in this role you will have:
  • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university or college.
  • Minimum of 10 years’ experience in project management, preferably within a technical or industrial setting.
  • Previous experience in rotating equipment.
  • Proven ability to manage complex, cross‑functional projects with a focus on quality, safety, and efficiency.
  • Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
  • PMP Certification is preferred.
