Role Summary

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager – Dry Utilities to join our team in Saudi Arabia. In this role, you will oversee the execution of dry utility works, including MV, LV, gas, street lighting, ELV, and ICT, ensuring compliance with approved designs, contract specifications, and Authority Having Jurisdiction (AHJ) requirements.

Responsibilities
  • Lead the health, safety, and wellbeing culture on the project, empowering the team to execute initiatives, including 'Stop Work' authority
  • Monitor and ensure compliance of all dry utility works with approved designs and specifications
  • Facilitate coordination between multiple contractors, consultants, and AHJs to avoid clashes and ensure smooth sequencing of works
  • Verify construction progress and quality, reporting to senior management on status, risks, and corrective measures
  • Review contractor claims and variations, providing cost analysis and recommendations
  • Manage project scope, schedules, budgets, and resource allocation
  • Implement and maintain project management processes, tools, and best practices
  • Lead collaboration with cross‑functional teams and manage stakeholder expectations
  • Support the commercial team in contractual requirements and procurement processes
  • Oversee digital document control processes and interface management
  • Conduct design reviews to ensure alignment with contractual obligations and specifications
  • Participate in and lead various project meetings, value engineering sessions, and problem‑resolution discussions
  • Contribute to continuous learning and organizational development through post‑project reviews
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field
  • Minimum of 8 years of experience in infrastructure and building utilities, with a focus on dry utilities
  • Strong knowledge of MV, LV, gas, street lighting, ELV, and ICT systems
  • Proven track record in managing complex infrastructure projects
  • Experience in contract management and claims resolution
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Proficiency in project management software and document control systems (e.g., Aconex)
  • Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities
  • Experience working with international standards and regulations
  • Ability to work effectively in a multicultural environment
  • Willingness to travel and work on‑site as required
