Premium Solutions Consultancy seeks an experienced Project Manager specializing in building construction projects to join our dynamic team in Saudi Arabia. The ideal candidate will possess a comprehensive background in project management within the building sector, ensuring that all construction projects are executed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage building projects across all stages, from inception to completion.
• Collaborate with architects, engineers, and contractors to develop detailed project plans and timelines.
• Conduct regular site inspections to assess project progress, quality control, and compliance with safety regulations.
• Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and financial management for construction projects.
• Foster strong relationships with clients and stakeholders, providing project updates and addressing concerns as needed.
• Identify and mitigate risks throughout the project lifecycle to ensure project objectives are met.
• Facilitate communication among all parties involved and prepare regular reports for senior management.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering.
• Minimum 16 to 24 years of experience, including 7 years in a managerial role and 3 years of supervisory experience.
• Building construction experience.
• Bilingual proficiency.
• Working days: 5 days a week with alternative Saturdays, 8‑hour workday.
• Location: Saudi Arabia (current candidates required from Qatar, Jordan, KSA).
