A growing construction firm is seeking a highly motivated Sr. Project Manager with over 15 years of experience in Construction Fit-out Projects to manage projects across multiple locations in the Middle East. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong leadership and communication skills, manage the project lifecycle efficiently, and ensure high-quality project delivery. Knowledge of local regulations and work experience in the Middle East are desirable.

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sr. Project Manager with +15 Years experience in Construction Fit-out Projects to join our growing team. This full-time position offers an exciting opportunity to manage diverse projects across multiple locations in the Middle East, including Doha, Qatar , and Al Khobar, Saudi Arabia , Jeddah, Saudi Arabia , and Riyadh, Saudi Arabia . The Project Manager will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of assigned projects, from initiation to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Responsibilities

• Manage the full project lifecycle, including planning, execution, monitoring, controlling, and closure.
• Develop detailed project plans, including scope, schedule, budget, and resource allocation.
• Effectively communicate project status, risks, and issues to stakeholders.
• Lead and motivate project teams, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment.
• Manage project budgets and ensure cost-effectiveness.
• Monitor project progress against established baselines and take corrective action as needed.
• Identify and mitigate project risks and issues.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
