Responsibilities
Project Eng / ESG Job objective: Support Sales and operations teams after receiving PO and AP till handing over the critical project with the customer.
- Periodic Visits to the Critical sites and attend job progress meeting and reporting it back to sales and operations.
- Update Delivery Schedule for the critical projects by dedicated follow up with CSD and Factory and escalate in case any delay.
- Follow up with CSD / Warehouse to ensure Equipment’s delivery with all required Documents.
- Helping customer to get MIR approval by providing him all necessary technical information and escalate to operation/ Product management / Factory in case any mismatch between delivered units and units as per the plan then to ensure to implement this plan
- Focal Point of contact between all Parties (Customer / Sales / Operations / Service Team/ CSD/ warehouse/ Product)
- Ensure Project Documents are complied with the Project Scope of work.
- Follow up with Service Team to do S&C and closing the comments
- Follow up with Service Team Warranty to close open claims in these projects
- Follow Up with CSD/ ASYM to supply and install non delivered parts (eg. Fan , Motors … at site )
- Arrange project Folder containing all Project documents.
Qualifications
- Mechanical Eng with min 3 years HVAC experience.
- PMP certified.
- Organizational skills and leadership skills.
- Ability to travel 30 % of his time.
