Responsibilities

• Oversee the entire project lifecycle, from design and planning to execution and handover.
• Develop and implement project strategies, schedules, budgets, and risk management plans.
• Ensure compliance with contractual obligations, safety standards, and regulatory requirements.
• Lead coordination with consultants, contractors, and stakeholders to resolve issues and drive project progress.
• Monitor and report project performance, identifying areas for improvement.
• Provide guidance and mentorship to project managers and site teams to ensure operational excellence.
• Manage relationships with clients, investors, and key partners to ensure satisfaction and long-term collaboration.

Qualifications

• Minimum 25 years of experience in construction project management, with at least 10 years in senior leadership roles.
• Proven track record of delivering mega hospitality projects, including 5-star hotels, resorts, or large-scale mixed-use developments.
• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or related field (Master’s degree preferred).
• Strong knowledge of project management methodologies, budgeting, and contract administration.
• Exceptional leadership, negotiation, and communication skills.
• Familiarity with Saudi building codes and local regulations is highly desirable.
