Location: Riyadh, KSA.
Project Duration: 5 months.
Working Arrangement: on-site.
Language Requirements: Fluency in Arabic & English (written and spoken).

We are seeking an experienced PMO Consultant / Manager with a strong background in IT projects. The selected consultant will support the setup, enhancement and operation of PMO practices, ensuring alignment with IT strategy, digital transformation initiatives, and enterprise standards. This role requires expertise in PMO practices, along with strong experience in the IT industry.

Key Requirements

Proven experience managing and operating PMO functions within the IT industry.

  • Ability to oversee project lifecycle management, including risk, issue, and dependency tracking.
Other Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or related field.

Excellent communication, stakeholder engagement, and executive reporting skills.

Strong analytical, problem-solving, and documentation capabilities.

Ability to work in a fast-paced, client-facing environment with clear ownership of deliverables.

Key Responsibilities

Support the operating and strengthening of the PMO function for IT initiatives.

  • Develop or enhance frameworks, standards, templates, governance models, and delivery methodologies.

Maintain portfolio performance oversight, including dashboards, KPIs, progress tracking, and reporting.

Facilitate risk, issue, and dependency management across multiple IT projects.

Monitor adherence to governance processes, ensuring quality and timely delivery.

Conduct regular status updates, portfolio reviews, and executive-level presentation development.

Work with cross-functional teams to ensure effective stakeholder coordination.

Support capacity and resource planning across IT project portfolios.
