Job summary

A luxury hotel group is seeking a People & Culture Coordinator in Umluj, Saudi Arabia. You will play an essential role in the HR team, supporting the full employee life cycle, from recruitment to onboarding while fostering an engaging workplace culture. The ideal candidate has a Bachelor’s degree in HR or related fields, at least 1-2 years of experience in HR, preferably in hospitality, and strong skills in HR practices and organizational tasks. This position offers a unique opportunity to contribute to a pre-opening team in a remote location.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1-2 years of experience in Human Resources, preferably in hospitality.
• Demonstrated experience coordinating employee events and cultural initiatives.
• Proactive team player with the ability to adapt to change in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Support daily operations of the T&C department.
• Coordinate onboarding processes and prepare documentation.
• Assist with payroll functions, including processing timesheets.
