A leading company in HR services is seeking an HR Operations Coordinator in Riyadh, KSA. The role involves coordinating onboarding and offboarding processes, managing office operations, and communicating HR policies to employees. The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's degree in HR or Business Administration, along with 2–5 years of relevant experience. Proficiency in English and Arabic, as well as strong organizational and interpersonal skills, are essential. This is a full-time position with a proactive and solutions-oriented approach required.

Job description
Onboarding & Off boarding Support
  • Coordinate with the HR team in Cairo to prepare onboarding schedules, required documents, and system access for new hires.
  • Welcome new joiners at the KSA office, conduct the on‑site onboarding orientation, and ensure a smooth first‑day experience.
  • Prepare and manage laptop handover, collect signatures on custody forms, and record all assets in the system.
  • Ensure new employees have access to policies, tools, and office resources from day one.
  • Facilitate exit procedures including collecting company assets, closing access, and supporting off boarding documentation.
Office Operations & Experience
  • Act as the primary HR and office operations contact in the KSA office.
  • Maintain a positive and organized office environment, ensuring it is presentable, functional, and aligned with company standards.
  • Support in managing office supplies and general office upkeep.
  • Coordinate with vendors (cleaning, maintenance, deliveries, etc.) when required.
  • Support travel logistics for employees when needed, in coordination with HR and Procurement.
Employee Relations & People Experience
  • Communicate HR policies, guidelines, and updates clearly to KSA employees.
  • Serve as a trusted on‑ground HR representative, escalating issues as necessary.
  • Support people engagement activities including events, celebrations, team‑building, and culture initiatives.
  • Gather employee feedback and insights to help improve the KSA office experience.
HR Administration
  • Maintain accurate employee records, ensure proper filing of documents, and support compliance requirements in KSA.
  • Assist with attendance follow‑up, leave coordination, and documentation when needed.
  • Manage and track all company assets distributed to employees in the KSA office (laptops, monitors, etc.).
  • Prepare simple reports and updates for the HR Director in Cairo on office activities, employee needs, and onboarding status.
Coordination With Cairo HR Team
  • Ensure seamless communication with HR, IT, and Procurement in Cairo.
  • Support special HR projects, audits, or policy rollouts as assigned by the HR Director.
  • Provide regular updates on workforce status, challenges, and office operational requirements.
Education & Background
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 2–5 years of experience in HR operations, HR generalist work, office management, or people experience roles.
  • Experience working in a fast‑paced environment (fintech, startups, or tech companies preferred).
Technical Skills
  • Knowledge of onboarding and off boarding processes, including documentation and compliance.
  • Familiarity with HR policies, custody forms, employee records, and basic HR administration.
  • Ability to manage office operations, vendors, supplies, and logistics.
  • Hands‑on experience with HRIS, Google Workspace, or similar tools is a plus.
  • Basic understanding of IT asset handover, coordinating with IT for laptop access, credentials, etc.
  • Excellent communication skills in English and Arabic.
  • Able to explain company policies and procedures clearly.
  • Strong interpersonal skills; able to interact confidently with employees at all levels.
  • High attention to detail, especially with documentation, tracking assets, and reporting.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks at once.
