Join the pastry and bakery team of a prestigious Global Italian Restaurant Group opening in Riyadh. This role suits skilled pastry professionals with a strong grounding in classic baking and Italian dessert traditions, operating within a structured, high-volume luxury environment focused on consistency, precision, and product quality.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare and bake breads, viennoiserie, and pastry items to brand and recipe standards.
  • Execute daily mise en place for pastry and bakery sections.
  • Support production of Italian desserts, creams, fillings, and baked goods.
  • Ensure consistency, portion control, and presentation across all items.
  • Maintain food safety, hygiene, and HACCP standards at all times.
  • Coordinate with senior pastry chefs to meet service and production demands.
  • Assist in stock rotation, waste control, and section organization.
Requirements
  • Minimum 2 years’ experience as Pastry Demi Chef de Partie or Baker in a professional kitchen.
  • Solid baking fundamentals; experience with Italian pastry or desserts preferred.
  • Ability to work in a high-volume, quality-driven operation.
  • Strong attention to detail and discipline in execution.
  • Team-oriented, reliable, and able to follow structured systems.
  • Good English skills.
