Job description

Müller\'s Solutions is looking for a knowledgeable and skilled Oracle HCM EBS (Human Capital Management - E-Business Suite) Consultant to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for the implementation, integration, and optimization of Oracle HCM EBS solutions for our clients. You will work closely with clients to understand their business requirements and translate them into effective HCM solutions.

Responsibilities

• Lead the implementation of Oracle HCM EBS modules, including Core HR, Payroll, Talent Management, and Performance Management.
• Gather and analyze client requirements to design tailored HCM solutions that fit their needs.
• Customize and configure Oracle HCM EBS modules to integrate with existing HR systems and processes.
• Conduct testing and validation of HCM solutions to ensure they meet business objectives and compliance requirements.
• Provide training and support to end-users and HR teams on the effective use of Oracle HCM EBS.
• Monitor and resolve issues related to HCM functionality, performance, and user experience.
