We are hiring an Operations Lead to join a team that redefines fast delivery, helps build and run this new service for our customers, and oversees 3P Store Operations. You will ensure Amazon policies—including attendance tracking—are implemented fairly and consistently. This includes motivating, coaching, reporting, and providing feedback on associates’ performance—covering productivity, quality, and safety both under the roof and on the road—as a means to meet or exceed Amazon expectations. Key job responsibilities

We're seeking a Team Lead for UFG Last Mile operations in KSA. In this role, you will be responsible for:

• Managing daily end-to-end last mile operations for either one large site or multiple small sites, supervising dispatch operations.
• Meeting customer-facing metrics while maintaining operational and cost targets, and upholding safety and team morale.
• Driving performance management of team members and DSP partners. Preparing and implementing training and development plans for Delivery Associates (DAs).
• Collaborating with DSPs to continuously improve operational processes and achieve sustained performance improvements.
• Conducting 4M/5S and Safety GEMBA audits for stores daily.
• Standing in for the Area Manager when needed.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor’s degree with experience in customer-facing environments, warehousing, logistics, or manufacturing.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in MS Excel.
• Ability to travel within KSA to different stores.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

• Self-motivated with the ability to motivate team members and associates.
• Strong execution skills, action-oriented, proactive.
• Resourceful in achieving goals with limited resources.
• Ability to work under pressure and in ambiguous situations, providing solutions.
• Good people management, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• 1-3 years of experience managing processes and people as a lead.
• Knowledge of Lean, Six Sigma, and Kaizen methodologies; SQL knowledge is a plus.
