Qualifications

• Pharmacist with SCFHS license and proven pharma sales record.
• Experience in Hematology, Oncology or rare disease required.
• Willingness to travel at least 30% of the time.
• Autonomous, self-driven and able to work in a team.
• Strong English communication, both written and verbal.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain solid knowledge of the Hematology/Oncology market and product portfolio.
• Establish and nurture relationships with key physicians and healthcare professionals to promote products.
• Analyze market trends and competition to identify opportunities and threats and plan actions.
• Design and implement account plans to increase product adoption and market share.
• Monitor product usage and inventory to ensure continuous patient supply.
• Provide regular market updates and portfolio performance insights to the BU.
• Collaborate with Oncology Cross-Functional Team on strategic initiatives.
