Job summary

Ipsen seeks a Product Specialist, Oncology to join our Field Operations team in Saudi Arabia. Based in Riyadh and covering the Central Region, you will build trusted relationships with healthcare professionals and translate strategy into strong execution across key accounts.

You will deliver high-quality medical and product information, collaborate with Medical Affairs, and ensure disciplined territory management with robust CRM reporting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy is required.
• Experience with Specialty Care products is essential.
• Previous experience in a commercial pharmaceutical role is preferred.
• Fluency in Arabic and English is required.
• Willingness to travel for field-based work is essential.

Responsibilities

• Deliver accurate medical and product information to healthcare professionals.
• Build and maintain trusted relationships with key healthcare professionals and stakeholders in the Central Region.
• Develop and execute territory action plans aligned with national/regional priorities.
• Identify opportunities and barriers to growth from market and customer insights.
• Monitor product performance, stock availability and consumption across key accounts.
• Plan and execute field activities, customer engagements and professional events.
• Collaborate with Medical Affairs and cross-functional teams to support business objectives and patient needs.
• Maintain disciplined territory management and accurate CRM reporting.
