Jazera Arabia Contracting in Jeddah seeks a professional Personnel Affairs Officer with strong interpersonal and communication skills to manage employee relations, onboarding, and HR operations. The role requires 2-5 years of HR experience, knowledge of Saudi Labor Law, and fluency in English.

You will coordinate with multiple departments, maintain records, and support administrative procedures. Bachelor’s degree in HRM is required; you should be well-spoken, organized, and capable of handling

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management or related field.
• 2-5 years of experience in Personnel Affairs or HR Operations.
• Proven experience in employee onboarding processes.
• Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
• Professional, well-spoken, and confident when interacting with employees.
• Ability to communicate and coordinate effectively with a large number of employees.
• Strong knowledge of Saudi Labor Law and HR procedures.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
• Good command of English, both written and spoken.
