Job summary

Classera is seeking an experienced HR Business Partner to join our team in Jeddah and manage HR operations, payroll, employee relations, and Saudi labor compliance to support employees across the lifecycle.

The role requires partnering with business leaders, ensuring payroll accuracy, onboarding, performance management, and adherence to Saudi labor regulations, with focus on GOSI, Qiwa, Mudad, and Muqeem processes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field.
• Minimum 5 years HR experience in HRBP or HR Generalist roles.
• Strong payroll and HR operations experience.
• Good knowledge of Saudi Labor Law and HR practices in Saudi Arabia.
• Experience with Saudi HR government platforms is preferred.
• Fluent in Arabic and English.

Responsibilities

• Partner with business leaders on workforce planning and HR matters.
• Manage employee relations and day-to-day HR guidance.
• Oversee payroll activities: attendance, deductions, overtime, changes.
• Coordinate with Finance to ensure payroll accuracy.
• Support onboarding, probation, transfers, promotions, offboarding.

Job Summary

The ideal candidate will have solid experience across HR operations, employee relations, payroll, performance management, and Saudi labor compliance, with the ability to partner closely with business leaders and support employees throughout the full employee lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities

• Partner with business leaders on workforce planning and HR matters.
• Manage employee relations and provide day-to-day HR guidance.
• Handle and review monthly payroll activities, including attendance, deductions, allowances, overtime, and employee changes.
• Coordinate with Finance and relevant teams to ensure payroll accuracy and timely processing.
• Support onboarding, probation, transfers, promotions, and offboarding.
• Manage performance management activities and employee development initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with Saudi Labor Law and company HR policies.
• Support HR government platforms and related processes, including GOSI, Qiwa, Mudad, and Muqeem, where applicable.
• Monitor employee engagement and support retention initiatives.
• Maintain accurate HR records and prepare regular HR reports and metrics.
• Work closely with Talent Acquisition on hiring and manpower requirements.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of HR experience, preferably in an HRBP or HR Generalist role.
• Strong hands-on experience in payroll and HR operations.
• Good knowledge of Saudi Labor Law and HR practices in Saudi Arabia.
• Experience with Saudi HR government platforms is preferred.
• Strong communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
• Fluency in Arabic and English.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HR systems.

Preferred Qualifications

• SHRM, CIPD, or similar HR certification is a plus.
• Experience in technology, education, or a fast-paced organization is preferred.
