Seerah in Jeddah is seeking an experienced HR Specialist to manage recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, and HR operations within our facility management team.

You will ensure compliance with Saudi labor laws and company policies, maintain accurate HR records, and support compensation and benefits initiatives while collaborating with departments to meet manpower needs.

Qualifications

• Saudi National.
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field.
• Proven HR experience; background in facility maintenance and manpower agency required.
• Fluent in Arabic and English.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
