Detailed Job Description

As a NOC L1 Engineer in Riyadh, KSA, you will serve as the frontline technical anchor responsible for ensuring high availability, latency monitoring, and continuous service health across enterprise network systems. Your daily responsibilities will encompass monitoring servers, applications, and WAN/LAN infrastructure using advanced monitoring tools, identifying and troubleshooting alerts, and logging, tracking, and closing incidents through ITSM platforms like ServiceNow, Jira, or ManageEngine. You will coordinate closely with internal technical teams, third-party vendors, and service providers while maintaining meticulous incident logs and shift handover reports. Key Responsibilities
