Job summary

VaporVM Ltd. in Riyadh invites a NOC L1 Engineer to join a 24/7 rotational shift on a full-time basis.

You will monitor enterprise networks and IT infrastructure, respond to real-time alerts, perform first-level troubleshooting, and manage incidents with ITSM platforms. The ideal candidate has 1–3 years in NOC or IT infrastructure support, strong TCP/IP networking skills, and solid problem-solving abilities.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Network Engineering, or related discipline.
1–3 years in NOC, IT Support, or Infrastructure Support.
Strong understanding of TCP/IP networking (LAN/WAN/VPN/DNS/DHCP), routing and switching.
Hands-on experience with enterprise network and infrastructure monitoring tools.
Familiarity with ITSM/ticketing platforms (ServiceNow, Jira, ManageEngine, Freshservice).
Basic system administration knowledge of Windows and Linux.
Strong troubleshooting, analytical skills, and professional communication.
Ability to work in a 24/7 rotational shift environment.

Responsibilities

Monitor enterprise networks, systems, servers, applications, and infrastructure continuously.
Identify, acknowledge, triage, and troubleshoot real-time network alerts and incidents.
Perform L1 troubleshooting for LAN/WAN/VPN/DNS/DHCP, routing, and connectivity issues.
Monitor network performance and service health metrics.
Log, track, update, and resolve incidents through ITSM platforms.
Escalate unresolved incidents to L2/L3 per procedures.
Coordinate with internal teams, vendors, and service providers.
