Tech Junction Ltd in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia seeks an L1 NOC Engineer to join the IT Operations team on a full-time, on-site basis. You will monitor enterprise infrastructure, triage tickets, perform basic troubleshooting, and follow structured escalation paths.

You will leverage ServiceNow, networking knowledge, and clear communication to ensure rapid incident response and uncompromised system availability, with mentorship and career growth opportunities.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Telecommunications or related field.
• 1–3 years IT Help Desk/NOC/technical support experience.
• Foundational networking knowledge: TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP.
• Experience with ServiceNow or ITSM ticketing tools.
• Strong written and spoken English; on-site in Riyadh.

Responsabilidades

• Monitor enterprise IT infrastructure, servers, networks with monitoring tools.
• Manage ServiceNow incident queue, triage and initial resolution.
• Perform basic troubleshooting on connectivity and server alerts.
• Escalate critical issues to L2/L3 engineering.
• Coordinate vendor support and hardware replacement.
• Maintain incident logs and handover reports.
• Adhere to SLAs and incident targets.
• Collaborate with IT operations and field support teams.
