Detailed Job Description

As a Strong L1 Network Engineer in NEOM City, Saudi Arabia via Tagmatix360, you will serve as a principal frontline technical authority responsible for ensuring the seamless operation of local area networks and end-user computing environments. Your daily responsibilities will encompass troubleshooting L1 network connectivity issues, administering Windows and macOS desktop environments, managing service desk tickets (DSS+), and configuring TCP/IP, DNS, and DHCP protocols. You will collaborate closely with system administrators and network engineering teams to resolve IT incidents promptly.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide robust Tier-1 network support, troubleshooting connectivity issues, switch ports, and local area network components.
• Administer, configure, and troubleshoot enterprise Windows operating systems and desktop workstations.
• Support macOS computing environments, hardware peripherals, and Apple ecosystem devices.
• Manage service desk operations, ticket logging, escalation workflows, and DSS+ incident resolution frameworks.
• Configure and troubleshoot core networking protocols including TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, and IP address management.
• Coordinate proactively with senior network engineers, IT managers, and on-site infrastructure squads.

Required Qualifications & Skills
