As the NOC Team Leader at Tanint in Saudi Arabia, you will oversee day-to-day first-level operations, real-time alarm monitoring, incident triage, and service assurance across expansive telecommunications networks. Operating within a fast-paced managed services and service delivery framework, you will serve as the primary operational escalation point, coordinating cross-functional engineering teams, field technicians, and specialized third-party vendors to resolve complex network outages swiftly and maintain stringent contract SLAs.
A central focus of this mandate is driving operational innovation, automation, and process re-engineering. You will identify systemic operational bottlenecks, automate repetitive monitoring and fault-resolution workflows, and implement intelligent alerting frameworks that boost team productivity and reduce Mean Time to Restore (MTTR). In addition to technical governance, you will actively foster a high-performance culture by coaching, scheduling, and developing NOC engineers, conducting post-incident reviews, and maintaining transparent, high-trust communication with enterprise customers and senior executive stakeholders.
